Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.
Please allow 24-72 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update. Your order will be shipped to you and arrive as soon as possible.
We know how important your order is! Fashionhotline provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Fashionhotline does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Currently at this time we do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and would still like to purchase our products, we recommend using a parcel forwarding service.
We will gladly accept returns on any item that is in it's original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
For all return requests, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We require that all merchandise be shipped within 30 days from the date your order was received.
Item(s) will be returned at your expense. The customer will pay the shipping cost for the returns and a restocking fee of 15%. If the requests or returned merchandise falls outside the above timeframes, your return will not be accepted.
